There are two initiatives taking place that would wipe out 136 years of Colorado water law. Please take a few minutes to read up on what is currently being proposed (see links below). The Colorado Water Law Amendment may appear on November's ballot in the state and would alter water laws if enacted by voters (see 2012 ballot measures on Ballotpedia).
